Location: The hotel is situated in the centre of Golden Sands resort, at 350 m from the beach. Totally reconstructed for summer 2004.
Accommodation: All rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, direct telephone, refrigerator or mini-bar (supplied against additional payment due to clients wishes), WC/shower, balcony. The suites consist of 2 rooms - living room with kitchen part and bedroom, with bathtub in the WC.
In the hotels: Terrace restaurant, lobby bar, barbeque restaurant and pool bar, 3 outdoor pools, both of which with waterslides and the last with jacuzzi as well as with 1 indoor swimming pool with children section, 2 children outdoor swimming pools, all surrounded by sun terraces with chaise-longues and sunshades, table tennis, darts, volleyball and basketball in the pool or on the beach, fitness centre, children playground, "Prima" child club, safe deposit boxes, internet and computer games room, shop, pharmacy, dentist, hairdresser, conference hall.

Changes of the names is not accepted, in such case the discount is not valid.

- Children up to 1.99 years - free, baby cot - free
- First child 2-13.9 years onadditional bed with 2 full-paying tourists in DBL - free
- Second child 2-13.9 years on additional bed with 2 full-paying tourists in DBL Large - free
- Children 2-13.9 years on regular bedin DBL pay 50% from the price of the adults
- 1 adult and 2/3 children 2-13.9years - children pay 50 % from the price of the adults- each child
- 2 adults +3 children in apartment - first is free, each of the others is paying 50% of regular price.
- Adult on additional bed - discount 30%
- Resort fee -6 EUR for adult/ 3 EURfor children (2-13.9 years) - single payment
- Late cancellation and no-show charge -1 night in Low and Middle season, 2 nights in High and Peak season
