Location: In the Northern part of Sunny Beach resort, directly on the beach, at about 1,5 km from the resort centre. Built in 2004.

Accommodation: 224 double rooms (maximum accommodation 2+1), 53 studios (2+1 and 2+2). Each room is equipped with mini-bar, Sat-TV, telephone; bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, central A/C, safety deposit box and balcony.

In the hotel: Restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, outdoor swimming pool, children pool, hairdressers, exchange desk, massage, doctor.
